Submission Form
(February 1st - 28th)

The Festival is open to all students ages 12-19.

1. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must have a separate form.
   

2. Group projects are encouraged.
   The person who submits the film must be someone who worked on the project,
   or an authorized representative of the project.
   

3. The deadline for form submissions is February 28th.
